This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled on Learners Guru.
1. Course Cancellation
Once a course is purchased and access is provided, the course cannot be cancelled.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time from their account dashboard.
- Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.
- Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
3. No Refund on Cancellation
Cancelling a course or subscription does not entitle the user to any refund for the current or previous billing period.
4. Platform-Initiated Cancellation
Learners Guru reserves the right to suspend or cancel user accounts that violate platform policies or Terms & Conditions.
5. Policy Changes
Learners Guru may update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
