Important: Learners Guru offers digital courses, online learning programs, and subscription-based services.

1. Return Policy

Learners Guru does not sell physical products. All offerings are digital in nature.

  • All digital courses, videos, and study materials are non-returnable.
  • Once access to a course or digital content is provided, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refund Policy

  • All course fees and digital product purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.
  • No refunds will be provided for partially completed courses.
  • No refunds for unused content or change of mind.

3. Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. Users may cancel subscriptions to avoid future charges.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, our support team will assist in resolving the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted more than once or fails due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if any, may be considered only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Learners Guru.
